Ronaldo struck his first Real Madrid hat trick against Real Mallorca in the 4-1 win and kept the title hope alive by keeping the gap with Barcelona to one point with two games remaining in the Primera Liga.
Hollywood star Russell Crowe admitted that he is a huge fan of Ronaldo, during his visits to Valdebebas on April 29. He came to Madrid to promote movie “Robin Hood” which he played and produced.
“I was definitely looking forward to meeting Ronaldo because obviously he is one of the best players to have ever played the game,” the Oscar winner told the club’s television station.
Crowe was able to meet several Madridistas, including Arbeloa,Raul, Pepe, Guti and Ronaldo. He gave each players a baseball cap of his South Sydney Rabbitohs, an Australian Rugby team that he owns, while he received a Real Madrid shirt with his name emblazoned on the back with number “1″.

Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed he is planning a future away from the Bernabéu.
The Portuguese winger moved to Madrid from Manchester United for a world-record transfer fee of £80m last summer, but says he will not spend the rest of his career with the club.
“Football is all about cycles. I believe that you are in teams for cycles. If you have already won everything with a team you have to change and that’s what happened to me with United.
“I wanted a different football and different goals and I am very happy to have taken this decision. Alex Ferguson understood my decision. I continue to talk to him. I spent several years wanting to play in Madrid. But I don’t see myself here at 40. You are in teams for cycles.”

Real Madrid are preparing to launch another summer raid on Manchester United – this time to land left-back Patrice Evra – on the advice of last summer’s big mover Cristiano Ronaldo.
The French international is the club’s top target after being recommended by Ronaldo, who left Old Trafford for the Santiago Bernabeu in a world record £80 million deal last summer.
Valdano has a number of other candidates on his wishlist — including Arsenal’s Gael Clichy, Chelsea’s Ashley Cole and Fiorentina’s Juan Manuel Vargas — but Evra is his top target as Ronaldo insists he is the man for the job. As a result, a bid in the region of £20m is being prepared.
Reports from France suggest Evra might be open to the move, considering he has already won every trophy available to him in English football since joining United from Monaco in January 2006.

Ronaldo has praised Real Madrid manager Manuel Pellegrini, claiming that he hopes the Chilean will stay at the club for another two to three seasons.
Ronaldo had been in the news of late discussing the managerial position at the Bernabeu, with Jose Mourinho and Fabio Capello firmly in the frame to replace Pellegrini if Real do not overcome Barcelona to win the La Liga.
However, the £80 million midfielder maintained that it was a coach’s approach to the beautiful game that wins him over, not their status.
“I am going to be sincere,” Ronaldo told AS. “I like coaches with winning mentalities, but it is with Pellegrini that I find myself most happy. I hope he stays for two or three more years. The other coaches do not concern me.”
