Ronaldo must thought that he had secured Portugal all 3 points when he scored a goal in the 73rd minute… but a late equalizer by Poland’s Jacek Krzynowek spoiled the celebration. The game ended 2-2 draw.
Portugal is in a tough situation in their Euro 2008 qualifying group. There are 3rd in their group, with an extra game in hand compared to the top 2 teams. They will be no problem if the Portuguese win the remainder of their games, but considering their recent form, it’s not an easy task.
Ronaldo has to continue to work on his magic, and hope that his team mate will provide some good show as well.
